I don’t miss my house: I don’t have to wash dishes, I don’t have to cook, I don’t have to go shopping, I don’t have to take the garbage out to the street. And, if I don’t want to clean my apartment, somebody will come in and clean it for me. It is perfection for me.

We have a dog, Riley, and we had to find a place where he would be welcome. And we did. We love good food, and the chefs are unbelievable. We like to try new things, and there’s always something fun to do. We couldn’t ask for more.

When my husband passed away, I realized I could not keep living on my acreage, as much as it made me very sad. But the people here have been so friendly and welcoming. I’m enjoying the gym, movie nights, and we all get together for happy hour. It’s just wonderful. It really, really is.
